I was born and raised in Southern California, and am an entrepreneur with a Business Marketing degree, a minor in Finance, and a Master’s from Cal Poly Pomona, in California. I recognized early on the power of the right mindset in driving success. I have spent the better half of my career equipping others with the tools to gain a competitive edge by fostering a winning mentality, Results Not Excuses™, where everyone is accountable and striving for collective success.
The most significant support in navigating challenges and cultivating essential skills has come from my dad and the supportive family I’ve built around me. I’ve observed how well-intentioned efforts to maintain family ties can sometimes expose individuals to unhealthy dynamics.

Throughout my life, I’ve navigated the challenges of stuttering. It’s often said that public speaking is a top fear, and for me, this was a daily internal hurdle. However, the discipline of sports and my father’s encouraging “Just Do It” spirit became powerful forces in building my mental resilience. His words, “Tough times don’t last, but tough people do,” became a personal mantra, reminding me of my innate ability to persevere through any obstacle.

Results Not Excuses @zoinlove™ is an applied philosophy deeply rooted in my personal journey and upbringing. It emerged from a sense of not quite fitting in, even within my own family, driven by a strong inner compass and a desire to challenge conventional norms rather than blindly following the crowd. This journey has profoundly shaped my belief in the power of pushing through limitations and is a cornerstone of the “Results Not ExcusesTM” philosophy.
